Simple terms.

Last updated 28 August 2026. These terms describe the public Went Ahead offer. We confirm the final scope with you before work begins.

The preview

A preview is an unsolicited, private proposal assembled from public business material. It is not your official website, does not imply your endorsement, and is excluded from search engines. It is free, creates no obligation, and is removed after 30 days or sooner on request.

The £29 monthly service

The subscription covers hosting, SSL, a working contact form, basic measurement, and reasonable small content changes. There is no setup fee or minimum term. You can cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges. Bespoke functionality, a from-scratch redesign and large changes are quoted separately before work starts.

Ownership and leaving

Your domain stays registered in your name. While the subscription is active, you have a licence to use the Went Ahead site and we maintain its code. If you cancel, the hosted site is archived. A £499 one-time buyout transfers the delivered site code to you so you can host it elsewhere; third-party licences and services remain subject to their own terms.

Content and responsibility

You must approve the final wording, images and claims and have the right to use them. We will correct preview mistakes promptly. We keep the service reasonably available, but cannot promise uninterrupted hosting or particular search rankings, enquiries or sales.
